OSHA Operator Safety Training Program

(A) Formal Instruction: OSHA Compliance Power Point Lecture, DVDs, and Written Test

(B) Practical Training: Pre-shift Inspection, Truck Controls, Instructor's Demonstration, and Student Practice.

**Please note - Some new operators may require additional Proficiency Training to complete the practical training. This additional training will be quoted and scheduled separately.**

(C) Operator Written Evaluation: A Written Evaluation Will Be Performed (Truck and Site Specific)


This Program Includes: Manual, Written Test, Full Documentation, Certificate and Wallet-Size Card for up to 2 types of lift trucks


Fee: $110.00 per student, with a minimum class size of 8 students, for a total of $880.00
